How the inquiry form works
On this website, the form prepares an email in your own email application. Entering details alone does not send them to Khantrast Media. You review and send the draft through your email provider. The website does not save form entries in a customer database or in browser storage.
How we use inquiries
We use correspondence to respond, discuss your project, and manage the resulting business relationship. Our business email is handled through Google Workspace. Your own email provider also processes messages you choose to send. Any separate service agreement may explain additional processing required for a client project.
Hosting and cookies
GitHub Pages hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. This website does not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or a marketing tracking system. Images, logos, and fonts are served with the site.
Keeping and deleting correspondence
We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, maintain an active business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required by law.
